Pampered

I am weird. I like to swim when the weather's cold. Hahaha! So last week (if my memory serves me right), we went to Holiday Inn to swim. Now I know you are all familiar with the place. But if ever you're not, here goes.

The place is cool, right? We went there around 3p.m. and left at around 6p.m. The water for me was really, really cold. I can't even dip my foot on the pool! So after hours of swimming, I told my mom that I wanted Thai food. We're supposed to go the this Thai resto somewhere in Friendship, but it's closed. So we ended up eating at Purple padThai.

This post makes me wanna go downstairs and get some food. Hahaha! The food there was really great, as usual. I've always loved going to PPT. The food's great and affordable. You should try it some time. If you're wondering where, it's located in front of the Sta. Maria Parish. :-) (OMG! I sounded like an endorser. Hahaha!)

* I am back from my hiatus. Ha-ha-ha! :p *

18th birthday is something extra special for a person. Surprises, gifts, moments. It's like everything we see in a movie. The perfect moment with the perfect people. I had my 18th surprise, too. And I can say it's something REALLY, REALLY, unforgettable. If I could say, t'was the best day of my existence. :-)

What happened was really unexpected. I know my friends are psyched about my day, too. Thinking about what gifts to give and things like that. What I didn't know is that they were planning to surprise me at my house about 6:00 in the morning. 

• Marsh, Uriel and Javed were the first ones. I was surprised to see them so early in the morning. My friends are really heavy sleepers, so that act alone was really a sacrifice for me. :"> I thought they just wanted to greet me personally. You know, my friends are sweet. So sweet. They'd do that for me. :-)
• Minutes passed, and I believe I was running late for school. Uh. For those of you who doesn't know, I don't like being late. I hated it. My mom trained me to be early every time. Hahaha! BUT, they wouldn't want me to go downstairs to eat. Hey I need to eat my breakfast, no! I didn't find it weird that they don't allow me to go, because those 3 are really late persons. HAHAHA. Besides, we took pictures and review for our tests.
• Human nature. I need to poo. So, I went to the CR first, and then they promised me that after, we'll go eat na.
• When I went back to my room, nobody was there. So I kept shouting, "Marsh! Male-late na tayo!"

WHAT WILL BE YOUR REACTION IF YOU SEE THIS ON YOUR WAY DOWN?

Mine was like, "Nagkalat kayo sa bahay noh!" DUDE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. I was really, really, really touched.

SEE? I love them. So much. I was touched. Super. They have this shirts (I want one) that says, H-A-P-P-Y 1-8-t-h B-E-A ! <3 14 friends at my house with 14 roses. I can't express how thankful I am. :">

Little did I know that this surprise would have a part 2! Haha! I didn't realize that the roses given to me was just only 14. The rest was to be given at school. Yeah, you know. My crush gave the last rose. So... YEAH. HAHAHAHA. *Please stop me from saying words that I will regret for the rest of my existence* 

I had a really great day! Thanks to the people who made a huge effort to make me feel that that day was really special. I know I have chosen that right group of friends. And I'm proud to say that I have the best set of best friends in the world!

HOW I WISH....

How I wish people would have the guts to tell a person that something's wrong. That they don't like something and tell that person in his face. Because I think that if that's the case, the world would be a much better place. Problems will be settled on-the-spot. Unlike today, some people are afraid to deal with 'situations' which makes the problem worse.

Seriously people, let's grow up. Let's try to be mature about things. And let's settle problems the way it should be settled and how grown-ups do it, talk.

One of my best-est friends is in Brunei. We're having a long distance friendship! Hahaha! We often talk through  Twitter and Facebook, sometimes he'd call or text me. Wait. Lemme show you guys the Darwin I'm talking about.

The reason I've decided to write a post about him is because he constantly makes me laugh. And today, he made me laugh really hard with his jokes. OR maybe I am just really shallow when it comes to these things. Hahaha!

What's funny is that he rants like this in person! Even though we're thousands of miles away, I can hear him complaining about DQ prices! Hahahaha! I can hear him shout in my head, esp when he writes things in capital!

What's really funny with him is his randomness. Whenever we talk, he inserts crazy things like this! Hahaha! I was laughing the whole time I was talking to him. "IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S ME." Hahahaha!
